It will take you to the booking page. When you get there these are the steps to follow:
1. Pick the date of the trip.
2. Choose the time of the Tour, you can choose 9am or 11am, or 1pm
3. Then the screen will scroll down a bit. Then you choose if the people traveling are from Overseas or if they are South African (Local) as well as if they are an adult or child. You will also have to choose the number of each type of ticket you would like.
4. At the bottom you will see the total for the trip and how many tickets there are in total.
5. Then click next.
6. It will then ask you to log in or sign up. You then log in with the email you used to create the Plankton user profile.
7. Once you are logged in you will have to fill out all the details of each of the guests that are traveling. It is very important that you take your time and are careful to put down the correct information for each ticket. This information is very important and needed for each ticket as the Boat Captain requires it for the Ship Log Book which is used for the passenger manifesto in case of an accident out at sea.
8. Once all the information is entered scroll down and click on "Continue to Payment"
9. You will then enter your banking details and make payment. When you do this step it's very important that you wait until the transaction is done completely. No matter how long it takes, stay on that page.
10. Once you have received a confirmation message that the transaction is complete you can then close the browser.
11. You will receive a confirmation email that has all your tickets and you are done. 😁
It is very important that during this, you are using Google Chrome, if you use a different browser the process may be slow or even fail. Also, make sure that you a using a valid Visa or MasterCard that is registered for internet banking or you run the risk of the transaction failing.
